[Feapi] mac and rc4

Hi there,

two questions:
1. Remy, am I right to assume that the Mac version works again?
2. All, any objections to the rc4 bundle?

Just quickly had a look at it, built from the source distribution and 
tested the binary distribution, and I didn't see any problems (we'll 
always miss something of course).

I'd say: if the Mac version is done and tested, it should be ready to be 
released.

If I remember correctly, there's still this issue with the loading of 
bundles within the test host on Mac.

Otherwise, the MaxMSP host and all the plugins are working correctly.

I just need to find the time to package a binary release.
