- FeapiExampleHost_C: added call of InitializePlugin after parameter setting
- FEAPIExamplePluginSpectral.cpp: several *UNTESTED* fixes:
a) return parameter setting error if blocksize is not power of two
b) insufficient buffer length in case of process blocksize < hopsize
c) some fixes in buffer handling
