FDDPMA migration how to migrate user list?

We are trying to migrate our project from fddpma webserver to inhouse server,

I can migrate project by using export/import projects feature.

How do I migrate the user list?? Please help.

  There is no way to migrate users at this time.
  I would recommend this sequence for migration:
  1) Create local installation of FDDPMA
  2) Have your users create accounts for themselves using "New Account" feature. They have to pick the same usernames AND emails as they has in http://www.fddpma.net
  3) Export projects from fddpma.net and import them into your local installation. The import process will find the existing user accounts and will restore project membership.
  
  I would appreciate if you tell me the reason for your migration. Are you looking for better performance, better security or something else?
