![Dialog for vieweing raw and adjusted FACS file data](https://sourceforge.net/p/fcsalyzer/wiki/Images/attachment/Dialog_ViewData.png "Dialog for vieweing raw and adjusted FACS file data")

This dialog allows to see the data in FACS data files, as well as adjusted event data.

Data|Explanation
------|--------------
Metadata|FACS data files contain metadata, such as information on the acquisition and detailed parameter descriptions. That data can be seen in the middle panel
Events as in file|This is the raw event data, exactly as it is stored in the FACS data file. Derived or attached parameters are therefore not shown here. For more on how data is stored in FACS data files, see here: [FACS data](FACS data)
Events for calculation|This are the data as will be used for statistics calculations. Data that is stored on a log-basis in the FACS data file will have been converted to the correct linear data. Also compensation will have been applied. Derived and attached data are shown.
Events as displayed|This is the data for showing in the plots. This means that data transformation has been applied and the data has been adjusted to a range of 0-4095. This data is just here for your enjoyment - I don't think it has any practical use. **Do not use this data for any kind of further analysis!**
