Multiplying parameters

In this dialog, a custom multiplication factor can be defined for each parameter. This multiplication is applied to each raw data value before compensation takes place.

This dialog can help to adjust FCS files, if there was a gain factor defined, as FCSalyzer currently does not understand the gain factors stored in FCS data files. FCSalyzer automatically sets a multiplier of 1000 for MacsQuant MQD files. Those files seem to need this multiplication.
