Introduction
FCSalyzer is a small application for analysing flow cytometry data. It is intended to be intuitive in its use for people used to flow cytometry and general computer programs. We will see if that holds true.
First Usage
Download the zip-file, unpack it and double-click on the JAR file. You will have to have Java installed (Version 7 or higher, but maybe version 6 will work as well). Then, create a New Document (under File), and draw a dot-plot or histogram on the document. Then, go from there.

Bugs
Yes, there are plenty of bugs still around. This is an alpha-Version, do not use it for important things. It is just here for playing around with it.
