The new version is up. This version has two new features: statistics export and plot alignment.
Statistics can be exported into a tab-delimited text file. The command can be found under the "File" menu.
Panels (Pots, annotations, comments and statistics) can be arranged along the left, right, top, or bottom outermost of the selected panels. This can be done with the keyboard arrow keys (CTRL+arrow key) or under the menu "Arrangement".
I also corrected a few bugs. A few glitches still remain and I am pretty sure that there are more bugs that I am not aware of. However, there is a bug that hampers changing the data files for plots. Unfortunately I have problems reproducing it, so I was not able to repair it. I think it occurs for data files with very large event count, so you want to be careful with these.
Please tell me about bugs that you found in the discussion forums or per e-mail.
I guess the next thing to do is FCS3.0 support. This is a big feature, as I not only have to implement reading the file, but also compensation, logarithmic transformation and bi-exponential display. These points are absolute requirements for displaying FCS3.0 files, unfortunately. Hence, this is going to take some time.
