#19 [BUG] TF2 sounds do not play. At all. [LINUX]

Describe your issue.

Dev branch, for some reason TF2 sounds (and also some specific textures) do not play (and throw a lot of decoder errors in console). This applies to voice commands and some weapon sounds.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

 OS: Linux Mint
 OS version / codename: Version 22 Wilma
 Game Version: Latest dev

Additional notes

Game also seems to crash on certain map areas or configuration changes.
