This patch makes FCKeditor work in pages with
Content-Type: application/xhtml+xml.
I tested it only with a recent Firefox 2.0 nightly.

This patch, or a similar implementation, has been included in
FCKeditor and has been committed in the SVN. It will be
available in the next release.
