The Catalan language file included in 2.3 has errors.
Some characters are missing (accent marks, p.e. àèé
etc.) It seems like an encoding error.

Hi Marc,

Sorry for this problem.

The language file proposed in the patch was not saved in
UTF-8, so the accented letters have been broken when the
file has been processed.

I'll be correcting soon.
