This patch fixes custom styles such that they can
update the "src" tag.

Given a style like:

<Style name="On the Job " element="img" >
<Attribute name="src" value="/images/durwrk.gif" />

</Style>

FCKEditor 2.2 doesn't update _fcksavedurl when applying
the style. The image is updated, but gets reverted
whenever you hit "Source" or submit the form.

This patch keeps _fcksavedurl synchronized with any
style attribute src changes.

This patch, or a similar implementation, has been included in
FCKeditor and has been committed in the SVN. It will be
available in the next release.
