Table caption was not handled under firefox (tested
with version Firefox 1.0.6 and FCKEditor 2.0), both
when adding a new table or when updating an existing table.

To produce WCAG compatible tables, the table summary
attribute was also added
(http://www.w3.org/TR/WCAG10/wai-pageauth.html#tech-table-summaries).

Tests have been made under Firefox 1.0.6, Internet
Explorer 6.0 and Internet Explorer 5.5.

The affected files are :
editor/dialog/fck_table.html
editor/lang/en.js (for table summary)
editor/lang/fr.js (french translation for table summary)
