#4405: samples pages base href

Hi,
When viewing ckeditor 3.0 sample pages through the web we can get Http 404
errors because of missing basehref tag inside pages.
Just adding
<base href="./" />
would fix it
Best regards
Jean-mat

Comment(by garry.yao):
Luckily I've managed to find a trick to enable grabbing plain text format
also, with this we could have '''two modes'''( text/plain and text/html )
been properly handled when using Ctrl-V without open any dialog or suffer
from security warnings.[[BR]]
These changes were checked in at the pasting branch with [4217].

Comment(by tobiasz.cudnik):
From manual writing perspective using wiki text (TracWiki in our
situation) is easier and more readable (especially for lists). Important
thing to notice here is that we're already using it daily in tickets, so
that's noting new for us. Additionally it always gives possibility to
parse it to HTML.
This sad, i'm opting for wiki text instead of HTML in this case.

You're right, there were 3 more.
After deeper checking, there is quite a bunch of for..in loops inside core
code. Most of it iterates over objects (i think nobody extends
Object.prototype those days ?), but some of them like editor.js L189 are
same cases like this one. Doesn't it create any issue for you ?

Comment(by alfonsoml):
This seems like a loop, because I just put it there linking to this wiki
page http://dev.fckeditor.net/wiki/v3_status because most of the people
won't ever find it.
But it's important to remember that there are several other features that
are missing in 3.0 and aren't included in those tickets. Until there is
feature compatibility with v2 lots of people can't upgrade, no matter how
nice other new features might look like. So in a sense, working on other
features could be seen as a waste of time.
There should be a clean upgrade path, you can't expect people to find out
all the quirks by themselves and struggle to make it work like it used to.

As I said I focused just on Firefox, the basic idea is just the same that
the one that you have coded there, selecting the contents of a div (of
course, empty) and then reading the new content.
After that, just a custom way to process the data that it's much clearer
with the new architecture.
