#384 Stereo Sound
By Panning the two square channels to opposite speakers, it is possible to to create a very nice sounding pseudo stereo. This is analogous to the various stereo hardware mods people have reported possible by redirecting the sound channels to an added stereo output before they are mixed to mono. A stereo sound option with this feature, or even better - the ability to pan each sound channel would be excellent.

Here is some start. It sounds really broken, but I don't know what to fix and where. Is SexyFilter() involved? Are loops that write channels to initial buffer also wrong? Patch is for src folder.
