Building

For building you can use "deploy.ps1" script and it should do all work for you. You will need few more applications. You will need GIT and 7zip installed on your system. Then you just run this "deploy.ps1".

If it does not work please look at commands.log and deploy.log in your dir. If you want to open ticket please attach this files to it.

You can also use VisualStudio and build soultion and then publish it where you want.
