I've not done anything to make it handle multiple tunnels yet. I've always 
assumed that it would be used at the 'client' end talking to a firebrick.

I don't think its too hard to add 'multiple tunnel' support - there are 
some wrinkles with adding a reasonable configuration file and the like.

Can you describe what you're trying to do more fully, and I'll see what I 
can do.
