[fbtunnel-announce] 0.1 Released

I've just released version 0.1 of fbtunnel (tagged FBTUNNEL_0_1 in CVS for 
those interested).

I've put up binaries for linux and macos-x, as well as the source.

The priorities for 0.2 are:

   o Fix the 0.0.0.0 issue (785207)
   o tun fixes for OS-X (785206 & 785221)
   o FreeBSD version

Thanks again to Adrian and the rest of the Firebrick crew, for a great 
product, great support and answering my incessant questions ;)
