#6 User administration expantion
I like the new built-in user functionality, if you
intend to improve it further my suggestions would be:
-ability to delete users for admin
-user admin option added to the admin menu
-ability to ban users
-new user approval system
-user ranking system
This stuff isn't new for most boards out there, I
guess it depends on how far you want to go with it.

yup the nest step is admin level user management. Ip
address banning and user banning is in the list as well,
and there's a feature waiting which would adduse rranking
etc.
The new user approval system though - how do you see that
working?

Well, usually it is a toggle in the admin setup for
whether or not you want to approve new registrations.
It may be more of a pain then its worth, but either an
email to the admin email to notify and an activate/delete
button in admin user edit or when admin logs in he is
presented with a message that there are new registrants
waiting to be approved.
