#262 README and NSTALLATION file errors
1. The INSTALLATION file says (for a group install) to run 'make install-inits'. This is wrong and results in a "No rule to make..." error. When the make command is run to build the server, one of the ending messages says: "You may run 'make install-sysv-inits' to install SysV style init scripts." This seems correct.
The INSTALLATION file needs to be corrected.
2. Likewise, the INSTALLATION file makes no mention of creating and SSL cert. The compile messages do give instructions for 'make cert'. So the INSTALATIION file needs to reflect all the steps needed.
3. The issues raised in bug 974244 (2004-06-16) have also not been (completely) addressed. README still refers to 'netmuck' as the program name in places. The INSTALLATION file fb-addmuck command does not exist. scripts/fbmuck-add still dosen't work as expected. I'm creating a seperate report for that.
