In the RPMs and tar.gzs, FB6 really needs a few starter
databases. This should include, but is not limited to,
minimal.db, base.db, and a regressions db.
The regressions DB is a testing database for server developers,
with the regression and test programs installed, so a server
developer can log into it running their latest changes, and run the
'regress' command to see if they broke anything that we have
tests for. The fbmuf/Tests tree in CVS contains the current
regression test programs.

Yes, starter dbs need to be uncompressed, but include default
wordlist.txt files, so if they turn compression on, the muck will
have a minimal list to start with.

What goes in the regressions db?

Bug #799092 mentions that the starting dbs should be
uncompressed, so they work whether or not the user compiles
with COMPRESSION.

Starter databases, including the just-added regressions database, are now included in FB7.
