Summary: Expanded PERL support

Initial Comment:
Remove the dependency of Frozen Bubble on sdl_perl. 
The program (installer ?) sould be able to work with 
other w32 perl distributions (ex ActiveState).
At this time the sdl_perl home page (http://www.sdlperl.
org) is 'under construction' and no downloads are 
available. Frozen Bubble apparently depends on this perl 
distribution and can therefore not work anymore.
