Summary: Error 404 when opening sdlperl download page

Initial Comment:
When I try to install Frozen Bubble (double click on the 
frozenbubble icon) I'm told that it can not find sdl_perl 
and if it should open the download page for me.
If I click on 'yes' the URL 'http://www.sdlperl.org/index.
htpl?id=0&cat=projects' is opened in my browser. But 
this URL does not work and an error page (error 404) is 
displayed.
