[Faxpp-devel] Fast XML Pull Parser 0.4 released

Faxpp is a small, fast and conformant XML pull parser written in C with
an API that can return strings in any encoding, including UTF-8 and UTF-16.

This release is a beta release, to allow users to test the parser and 
provide feedback on problems. This release fixes a number of bugs since 
the previous release.
