[Faxpp-devel] Fast XML Pull Parser 0.3 released

Faxpp is a small, fast and conformant XML pull parser written in C with 
an API that can return UTF-8 or UTF-16 strings.

This release is a beta release, to allow users to test the parser and 
provide feedback on problems. This release includes support for parsing 
DTDs, and resolving internal and external entities.
