It includes most function test cases and boundary test cases.
You can download at:

The ABAT's directory is in directory "fith-tool/fith_test"

The function test cases are in directory
"fith-tool/fith_test/fault_set/fun_test
The boundary test cases are in directory
"fith-tool/fith_test/fault_set/boundary_test.
