[Fault-injection-developer] RFC: IRQ interceptor

Hi, folks
I would like to build IRQ interceptor by ransacking the "irq_desc".
We could replace the specified ISR with ours directly and change 
the kernel control path. How do you guys think about it?
And I would like to build some infrastructure looks like Kprobes for it.
The infrastructure will be responsible for replacing and restoring the
specified 
ISR. I will publish a piece of code about the infrastructure later.
