[Fault-injection-developer] I am still getting started on the DocBook conversion

Just in case somebody is waiting on me to do the PDF ==> DocBook conversion,
I have the original editable documents but a priority interrupt (you know
when your manager taps you on the shoulder to tackle whatever fire of the
day) 
has kept me from making much progress yet.
