[Fault-injection-developer] About fsml.dtd

Dear all:
When I user "dtdpatser" to parse fsml.dtd, the following error encount:
"Duplicated ATTLIST!"
And it worked perproly after I merged all attributes into one ATTLIST.
Is it a bug?

BTW:
"KATE" is so wounderful for edit XML file.
