The new file layout as was discussed last week on the 
mailing list and in the README are now in place.  All code
is now rooted in drivers/fi/ as documented in drivers/README.

I did make a couple of tweaks to what I said last week, but
they are minor and are intended to both keep names consistent
and let me take advantage of bash command line completion.
