we use faubackup for quite some time without any problems.
Some days ago we switched to LDAP. since then, our backup is taking
about 3h longer as before.
Playing with ACL dump (getfacl -R > file), I noticed that it take quite
some time. Using the --numeric option decreased the time from 30min to
30sec. It stopps looking up the uids in LDAP.
I get the feeling that faubackup is triggering LDAP lookups (through
nsswitch) as well.
Any Ideas how to stop this? Any options with faubackup to speed it up again?
Any idea appreciated.
