#1 Fatback license is wrongly described

This project is not under the GPL.

It is stated in fatback-1.3/COPYING:

* The following license applies only to the

* these are borrowed from glibc.
* This licence does not in any way apply
* to the remainder of the fatback program
*********************************************"

As well, the manual states:

"Copyright 2000-2001 DoD Computer Forensics Lab
This manual and the Fatback program are for government and law enforcement use only."

It is not specified which government, though.
