you are welcome.  i'd like to hear if it helps.

at present there is no way to import or export TM other than simple 
copying of the database files.

but i do not expect import to be complicated as soon as you can get the 
sentence pairs from your existing translation memory.  what format are 
you using?  can you send me an example?
