#19 faststats.exe running in a loop

my commandline is for example faststats -c
faststats.cfg -i 3600. if i start the programm the first time
it runs well but the second time it says:
Generating Stats . Can't open config file: faststats.cfg

I'm using win2k

besides the ftp-password is allways broken. is it in
someway coded?

and there also occures another problem with
fastconfig.exe. If i load a config file and want to change
the ftp-password an error occures and the program is
closed. i don't know why.
