Gene Ontology

Gene Ontology

Both FastSemSim and FastSemSimGui require a Gene Ontology to work.
A version of the Gene Ontology is included in the tarball, under the examples directory. However, I strongly recommend to use the latest version, which is always available at Gene Ontology website.

FastSemSim is currently able to load the obo-xml file format.
The most updated version of the Gene Ontology should be available here.
You must unzip the file to be able to use it with FastSemSim.
