#425 All the trac tickets automatically generated have the same summary and description

Tested with FastFix Client/Server (v1212071600) and MOSKitt sensors (v1212071703).

When an error occurs in MOSKitt, the FastFix Server creates a ticket in https://traclabs.fastfixproject.eu that always contains the same summary and description.
