Hi Rob, Thanks for the quick response. By extension then, you might also recommend running the outlier test separately on two different conditions if you expected differences in amplitude range of variation between conditions? For example, it probably wouldn't make sense to put deviant ERPs and standard ERPs from an oddball paradigm into the same outlier analysis, right?
