[Faster-eeg-list] FASTER v1.1.3 now available

Dear all,
FASTER v1.1.3 is now available. Thank you all for your invaluable work
reporting bugs, and special thanks to Grega Repovs for his work identifying
bugs in the interpolation functions.

This version consists of a number of bug fixes, which should allow for
smoother operation of FASTER.

There have been a number of new features suggested, and we will be working
on these next week. If anyone has further feature suggestions, we will try
and include them in the next version.
