Hi Jordan, It is no problem to change the reference to Cz (you can do that in the FASTER GUI). EEGLAB can be used to re-reference the data to Cz (or any other channel(s) )after processing, again thru a GUI. Hope that helps, Rob On 18/10/2010 23:41, Jordan Silberman wrote: > Hi Hugh and Grega, > > Again, I'm grateful for the fabulous tool you've developed--thank you! > > I have one more question about referencing in FASTER. > > Some suggest that average referencing is suboptimal for source localization. Is it possible to a) input a .set file into FASTER that is referenced to Cz, and b) have FASTER output data that remains referenced to Cz? > > Or, if it is necessary to undo the average referencing that is present in the output, how exactly would you do this? I assume that the correct un-referencing process will depend on when in the FASTER process the data are average referenced. > > Many thanks, > Jordan > > > ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ > Download new Adobe(R) Flash(R) Builder(TM) 4 > The new Adobe(R) Flex(R) 4 and Flash(R) Builder(TM) 4 (formerly > Flex(R) Builder(TM)) enable the development of rich applications that run > across multiple browsers and platforms.
