#6 New templates are not shown in the menu

I've added some additional templates by exporting, editing and then importing the additional-templates.xml file. When the templates are imported I can then see them on the Windows > Preferences > Fast Code Preferences > Template Preference Additional. But there are nowhere to be found the in main menu or within the sub-menu in the file.
Also I'm trying to use the provided method.body.equals but, then again, I cannot find it in any menu,

Manually editing the template file will not affect the templates menu. one has to use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl-Alt-Shift-T to see the new templates. also by editing the additional- templates.XML will not affect any menu items. I do not generate equals and hashCode method with this plug-in, instead use the one provided by eclipse.
