FAS for MagicDraw Code

simplified the build system according to ticket #12. The project now uses the internal builder of eclipse. The Ant scripts have to be called manually to pack the distribution zip-file. The creation of the initial .classpath file has been excluded to init-classpath-md170.xml which works well for MD 17.0 and has been tested with MD 17.0 sp3 but may not work for later versions, e.g., MD17.0.1. In this case a separate init-classpath script should be created.
