FAS for MagicDraw Code

FAS-System-Template and FAS-CPS-Template modified: "Incompatible flow" validation rule ignored in active validation in order to display connectors to part properties with the type actor in internal block diagrams without errors.

Tickets : 68 / 66 / 64 are done.
>> Explicitly added the Composition Aggregation Kind for the properties in the systemContext.
>> Added <<System>> stereotype from the SysML profile to the System functional block.
68 : Functional groups get initialized in the package with <<functional groups package>> stereotype, and if this package was not found, a logger warning appears and functional groups get initialized as before.
66 : Warning with the name of the UseCase appears when the UseCase has multiple Activities.
64 : do All creations at once class is implemented.
