Corrected a model error introduced via the previous commit in HearingSystem.mdzip and the tutorial

Fixed ticked 56 in the HearingSystem sample model and adjusted the tutorial accordingly

Ticket #60 Solved, the user is informed by a logging Warning incase there is an uncaptured interface between two call behavior actions.

Updated the description of the plugin and the user guide according to ongoing functionality improvements in the code.

Ticket #50 solved, multiple I/O functional groups are created according to the Name/Represents field of the activity partition in the activity diagram. An Activity is assigned to the corresponding functional group in the functional grouping matrix.

Variability added to the Jukebox example model to make it suitable for demonstrations beyond the scope of the FAS plugin

Fixed ticket #50, no exception is thrown for an unspecified pin type. Added logging messages for a missing pin type and incompatible source and target pins types.

Updated the Acknowledgments section of the user guide in the development branch
