#12 Change the way on which Pattern and BackPropagation are configured

The Pattern and BackPropagation objects they configure using an old style mechanism that does not fits well on which the neural network is configured now from file.
They both need to be changed in order to get a better solution. Maybe, it would be necessary to use the resources for better links the Pattern and the BackPropagation to the neural network they need.
