Added new admin - fretbender. Removed all inactive members. Posted new job for project manager.

I addded two new members for this project. One doc writer "r1j2", and a web designer "karstenweinert". I hope they both work out, but I have faith in the two of them.

Well I put two help wanted ads up on the help wanted page today, one for a developer, and the other for a web designer.
