#16 use phone as timer for labor tasks

rather than inputting the time, use the phone itself as a timer for any input form that includes labor: seeding, harvesting, labor, ... This would require a way for the user to indicate that the timer should start (perhaps by loading the input form) and when it should stop (perhaps when the form is submitted). The elapsed minutes should be displayed on the phone and should be editable. Editing should stop the timer.
