I've used Far for almost my whole software career, By far (no pun intended) THE BEST file operations and management software you will ever use. Support?? never once did I need a support personal or need to ask a question, so I haven't a clue about their support. But the fact that I never needed to ask support anything says more for the software than anything else.. I've used versions of this software over 10 years now, my husband for more years than that. For Professional Software Developers ONLY.
