Display last-updated makrs patch exists.

I updated this patch.

1) Don't show "(x days old)" . Because when it show,
mark gif image and text is too wide.

2) Gif data updated. shrink width and 7 diffent gif
data created.
Each image has diffirent colour and text .

3) Omatic.pm updated. I changed so that data might be
chosen according to a day of the week.
