#1 read permissions

Faq-o-matic is quite nice & easy knowledge manager, but
what is really missing are read permissions.

I do know, that read permissions are not possible, for
now, because FOM tries to serve pages staticaly (via
cache), but I do not see any problem with switching
cache off if I need read perms.
