#37 README - meta should be fom-meta

When installing FAQ-O-Matic with the meta data in
another directory the README suggests creating a link
to the new location and using the name meta. When
starting the cgi-bin/fom script, after the login, the
create failed because the current version of the
directory seems to be meta-fom.

The README should be updated.
