#33 Breadcrumb on Children not Rebuilt

When an entry is promoted:

A <- B <- C --> A <- C

(and B deleted in this example, but that doesn't change
the results...)

The old "breadcrumb" (i.e., Faq-O-Matic : A : B : C) at
the top of the cached entry is still displayed on all
of C's children. This is true after the hourly
maintenance cron runs and after running the "Run
maintenance script manually now" item on the
configuration menu.

The problem is fixed by manually running the "Rebuild
the cache and dependency files" item on the
configuration main menu, only because it rebuilds ALL
/cache entries from /item.

Apparently, the maintenance script does not rebuild the
/cache entries for children of promoted entries.
